These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application (PSP Lagos). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create provide your contact information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment Terms

If you link your billing account to the App, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your waste disposal services. You authorize us to charge your payment method for any fees due. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are the exclusive property of Ashraaf Technologies or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the App without our express written permission.

5. User Content

You may be able to submit, upload, or post content to the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the operation of the App.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or any related systems or networks.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App or its users.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Ashraaf Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ashraaf Technologies and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lagos, Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
